Theo’s Traditional Greek Marinade
When I was a young boy in a small village in Cyprus, I can remember the aroma of the spices cooked in traditional gyro and lamb on the spit.
For years, my passion for cooking inspired me to experiment with different spices and herbs mixed together from local ingredients and create a unique secret seasoning.
Decades later, in 1969, I came to Australia, and these memories inspired me to continue to perfect my unique secret spice that combines the finest Mediterranean flavours.
For many years, I have been sharing the zest of Theo’s Marinade into all types of dishes with family and friends, and I now have the pleasure of sharing my secret of quality seasoning so that you can enjoy it with your family too.
